The EXCEPTIONAL staff made our stay unforgettable! 🌟 Friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond. The room was a bit small, but the cozy atmosphere and great natural light made up for it!

The location is amazing, just steps away from the metro and within walking distance to all major attractions. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with efficient temperature control and a great pillow menu. The breakfast selection was delightful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The Classic Double or Twin Room with City View offered a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the foyer, which added a nice touch. The hotel was ideally located for exploring many highlights. However, the standard pillows could use improvement, and there was limited food service options beyond the complimentary drinks.
